If you are a Daimler Truck AG business partner, then the SIMBa (Service Information Mercedes-Benz Truck Portal) will be available to you as from 01.12.2021.

Use your familiar Daimler account data to log-in (Daimler User ID and password). Your active access authorizations are transferred automatically, and you can continue to use them as normal.

Note: Private persons with active access authorizations to parts information should continue to use the After-Sales Platform.

Please note that the purchase and extension of Parts Information access authorization for private persons is no longer available. Currently existing access authorizations for parts information will be retained until they expire.
